Domestic Shipping — Australia

All Australian orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Gold Coast warehouse. Orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days are prioritised for same-day dispatch.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

During peak periods (sale events, product launches) processing times may be slightly longer. We'll always keep you updated via email.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your order at auspost.com.au.
