Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with every Aces purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with any seals intact
  • In the same condition you received them
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Because all of our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons. Please choose carefully.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Opened or used personal care products
  • Sale items and promotional bundles
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@acesmensgrooming.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@acesmensgrooming.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping) as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@acesmensgrooming.com.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We dispatch orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@acesmensgrooming.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to make changes.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
